SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY


Thank you for supporting Pigeon Hockey Supply Co. We are committed to getting your gear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our retail policies below before completing your purchase.

1. SHIPPING POLICY

 

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or statutory holidays.

  • Delivery Estimates: Once your order has been handed off to our shipping carriers, delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days for most major routes. Please note that these are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual transit times may vary based on destination, weather, or seasonal carrier delays.

  • Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

2. RETURN POLICY


We take pride in the quality of our hockey equipment and apparel. If your gear isn't a perfect fit, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Items must be initiated for return within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a refund, items must be in brand new, unused, and resalable condition. Apparel must be unworn and unwashed. Equipment bags must not have been taken to the rink, customized, or marked.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.

3. EXCHANGES


We handle exchanges through a standard Return & Re-order process:

  • Return your original, unused item for a full refund.

  • Place a brand new order online for the replacement item at your convenience.

  • This keeps our inventory perfectly accurate and gets your replacement gear shipped out to you without delay.

4. FINAL SALE ITEMS


Please note that custom gear, personalized apparel, or items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" at checkout cannot be returned or refunded.

5. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN


To start a return, please visit our website's Contact Us page and submit a request via our official form. Please include your Order Number, full name, and the specific items you wish to return in your message. Once submitted, our team will review your request and follow up with the appropriate return shipping instructions.
